For this new lesson, we have studied Pop Art and the 1960's in the US and in the UK.
To do so, we discovered many different artists such as Andy Warhol, Roy Lichtenstein, Richard Hamilton, just to mention the most famous ones.
We also watched a video from the Tate Museum about this art movement (http://www.tate.org.uk/context-comment/video/tate-kids-presents-pop-art).
We made an activity in the computer room called "Dot Shop" where we could modify old canvases into Pop Art ones (http://kids.tate.org.uk/games/dotshop/).
Finally, we recorded audioguides that describe famous paintings (like in a museum) !
